DILLY DALLY ART STUDIO PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that participating in pottery and art studio activities, including but not limited to the use of pottery wheels, tools, sharp tools, and other related equipment, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or other damages. You understand that these risks cannot be eliminated even with the best practices and procedures.

Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the pottery and art studio activities, such as events, workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dilly Dally Art Studio, it’s owner Kayla Stanski, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether resulting from negligence or otherwise, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while participating in such activities.

Potential Damage of work: You understand that there is a possibility of your work created during the workshops potentially being damaged or destroyed in the kiln firing and or while in the studio at anytime. You understand that work may not turn out exactly as planned - these are things I, Kayla Stanski, cannot control due to the nature of pottery.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dilly Dally Art Studio, it’s owner Kayla Stanski, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the pottery and art studio activities both during and after your workshop. This includes your time in the studio and the work created within the studio.

Photo/Video Release: You grant Dilly Dally Art Studio permission to use photographs or videos taken during your participation in the studio for promotional or educational purposes. You understand that you will not receive any compensation for such use.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: You have read this waiver and release of liability and fully understand its terms. You understand that you are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to it and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
