STUDIO POLICIES

BEHAVIOUR: Be supportive and considerate. Working with clay is a unique, and sometimes difficult, journey for each person. Please respect fellow artists/makers as well as the shared creative space. Do not offer suggestions or opinions if not asked.

CLEANLINESS: After each class, workshop, etc., we ask you thoroughly clean your wheels, tables, and tools at the end of every session.

ARRIVAL: During regular business hours you are welcome to arrive whenever you like to look around our retail space, however, access to the art studio will be 10 minutes prior to class. After regular business hours, doors will only be open 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be permitted to join.

PICKING UP YOUR WORK: Pieces are ready in 3-6 weeks. We will call you when your pieces are ready to be picked up.

REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. Course fees, workshops, and memberships are non-refundable. Once a space is filled, it is reserved just for you. We do not issue partial refunds for missed classes.

RESCHEDULING: We may be able to offer rescheduling if numbers permit in other classes.

4-WEEK CLASSES & WORKSHOPS: There are no make-up classes. If you miss a class during the trimming and glazing classes, we will do that for you so you are still able to have a finished piece.

ILLNESS & WEATHER: If the studio cancels due to weather or instructor illness, we will provide a reschedule date. We are unable to provide last-minute reschedules for student illness or injury.
